Includes:
- a getting to know you session where we talk about how you learn and work best
- the Energy Leadership Index assessment which will set the baseline and framework for your sessions
- one ELI debrief session
- 3 months of 1:1 coaching
- email support between sessions.
Using values-based coaching I will help you learn how to make choices that need a little more depth than a pro/con list. You will gain an understanding of how being out of alignment with your values can get in the way of making choices and moving forward, and what you can do to start breaking out of old patterns that keep you stuck.
