- a getting to know you session where we talk about how you learn and work best
- the Energy Leadership Assessment which will set the baseline and framework for your sessions
- one ELI debrief session
- 12 months of 1:1 coaching
- values gap check in at 3, 6, and 9 month marks
- an ELI 360 around the 6 month mark
- email support between sessions
Using values-based coaching I will help you gain an understanding of how being out of alignment with your values can get in the way of making choices and moving forward, and what you can do to start breaking out of old patterns that keep you stuck. We’ll spend time getting really clear and specific with your goals and vision, and then we’ll create and work a plan to get you there.
